Marketing Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and optimize the marketing technology stack, utilizing HubSpot as the primary platform — including administration, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene.

• Create and continuously enhance marketing processes to boost team efficiency and accelerate campaign execution.

• Develop and uphold analytics and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with a clear and precise view of marketing performance and ROI.

• Oversee cross-functional projects that involve Marketing, Sales, and other departments, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are well-aligned.

• Identify and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance marketing productivity, personalization, and speed of execution.

• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation within HubSpot.

• Act as the in-house expert and primary resource for MarTech inquiries, training, and best practices.

• Supervise data quality across marketing systems and guarantee clean transitions with sales and CRM data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in marketing operations, showcasing demonstrated HubSpot administration/expertise (certifications are advantageous).

• Proven expertise in marketing analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.

• A successful history of leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Practical experience in applying AI tools to marketing workflows (including content, personalization, automation, or analysis).

• Strong skills in process design and documentation.

• Exceptional communication abilities — capable of translating data and systems into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in the B2B SaaS or real estate industry is a plus.
