📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the marketing technology stack, utilizing HubSpot as the primary platform, which includes administration, workflows, integrations, and data management.

• Create and continuously refine marketing processes to boost team efficiency and accelerate campaign execution.

• Develop and sustain analytics and reporting frameworks to evaluate marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).

• Lead collaborative projects that involve Marketing, Sales, and other departments, ensuring alignment of timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Discover and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance marketing productivity, personalization, and execution speed.

• Oversee lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation processes within HubSpot.

• Act as the internal authority and primary resource for MarTech inquiries, training, and best practices.

• Track data quality across marketing systems and guarantee seamless transitions with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, showcasing proficiency in HubSpot administration.

• Proven experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and creating dashboards.

• Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Practical experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows, including content creation, personalization, automation, or analysis.

• Strong skills in process design and documentation.

• Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for translating data and systems into comprehensible recommendations for non-technical audiences.

• Experience in the B2B SaaS or real estate sectors is advantageous.

• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
