This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the Marketing Operations roadmap and convert Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
• Manage the marketing automation platform, encompassing workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
• Integrate marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics.
• Establish attribution and measurement for marketing and product-led journeys.
• Create reporting and self-service dashboards to aid Marketing and GTM decision-making.
• Collaborate with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers.
• Develop experimentation infrastructure for marketer-led testing.
• Oversee the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and technology evaluations.
• Create scalable high-volume email operations while ensuring customer experience is safeguarded.
• Analyze datasets to pinpoint friction or drop-off points and propose conversion enhancements.
• Manage the Marketing Operations segment of the larger Marketing budget and assess technology investments based on value, scalability, and ROI.
• Investigate AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement workflows.
• Report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.
• Collaborate with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth context.
• Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
• Experience handling high-volume customer or prospect datasets.
• Significant background in managing high-volume email programs.
• Understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and risks associated with large-volume sending.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for investigating complex datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in developing or managing lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs linked to activation or conversion outcomes.
• Proficiency in designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
• Experience in building measurement and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong fluency in GTM across Marketing, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and workflows with discretion to validate outputs.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tools is advantageous.
• Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is advantageous.
