This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, budget, and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and operations.
• Enhance processes, manage data effectively, and assist with marketing technology and contracted personnel.
• Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy of Hyland's marketing technology ecosystem.
• Monitor marketing systems to detect issues and opportunities for improvement across architectures, implementations, licensing, and processes.
• Assist internal users in their daily interactions with marketing technologies.
• Serve as a liaison for contracted personnel working within the marketing operations and strategy team.
• Engage with vendor representatives regarding ongoing issues and future requirements.
• Collaborate with internal counterparts on technology initiatives that span multiple departments.
• Conduct audits of data in assigned systems and propose process enhancements.
• Manage software licensing for the department, including the creation and removal of license inventories.
• Oversee project budgets when necessary.
• Create and present updates on technology strategies, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance of the primary duties.
• Proven experience in system administration, implementation, and project management.
• Familiarity with system data across various marketing technology platforms.
• Strong facilitation and project management abilities to effectively handle competing priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the capability to interact with discretion and tact.
• Ability to operate with integrity, professionalism, and transparency.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Skills in conflict management, interpersonal relations, and negotiation.
