AI Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Transform the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ideal customer profile (ICP) into actionable marketing initiatives.

• Leverage AI technologies and automation to strategize, develop, customize, and amplify marketing content across various channels.

• Evaluate marketing effectiveness through both quantitative and qualitative data to gain insights into business outcomes.

• Assist in B2B marketing efforts across diverse channels including organic, paid, social, public relations, events, and other pertinent avenues.

• Regularly test and enhance marketing strategies based on performance metrics, audience feedback, and organizational goals.

• Collaborate with the internal AI-driven marketing system and contribute to its development and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in IT marketing.

• Knowledge of B2B marketing tailored for enterprise clients.

• Capability to work with an ICP and support a specified GTM strategy.

• Strong analytical abilities with an emphasis on marketing data.

• Practical experience with AI tools.

• Authentic enthusiasm for marketing automation and analytics.

• Background in content marketing and lead generation/business development.

• Experience in international markets is a plus, especially in B2B or enterprise marketing.

• Capacity to work autonomously, explore new tools and methods, and engage in continuous learning.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with SEO and managing website content through Webflow or other content management systems is a desirable asset.

• Experience with Canva/Figma for creating basic visual content is a desirable asset.
