Senior Marketing Operations, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage and evolve the architecture of CRM and Marketing Automation for B2B Marketing

• Design and oversee the lifecycle of accounts and contacts, including segmentations, workflows, triggers, and nurturing programs

• Define and optimize qualification, routing, and handoff rules between Marketing and Sales

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of Marketing data

• Manage integrations between CRM, Marketing Automation, and other tools within the stack

• Connect data and signals from Marketing, Sales, and Product

• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to incorporate relevant events and behavioral signals into the lifecycle

• Build dashboards and reports for funnel, lifecycle, campaigns, and pipeline

• Develop attribution models and measure Marketing impact

• Oversee tracking for campaigns, events, forms, landing pages, and other capture points

• Evaluate and optimize tools, processes, and automations within Martech

• Document processes and develop a scalable Marketing Operations infrastructure

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in Marketing Operations, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Revenue/Go-to-Market Operations, preferably in B2B businesses

• Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation

• Experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Data Management, Integrations, Analytics, Reporting, and Attribution

• Ability to operate tools directly and collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams when technical integrations or implementations are needed

• Knowledge of APIs, data warehouses, BI tools, or SQL (desirable)
