📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of regular marketing reports by collecting, organizing, and updating data within established templates.

• Ensure reporting outputs are consistent and accurate while supporting the tracking of campaign and project activities.

• Clean, format, and arrange contact lists, campaign exports, and internal trackers.

• Maintain organization of files, adhere to naming conventions, and manage shared folders.

• Log incoming requests, update project trackers, and help keep visibility into project statuses and workloads.

• Support the reapproval process of outdated marketing materials by identifying expiring assets, initiating resubmission workflows, and coordinating updates.

• Organize marketing assets and uphold version control across shared platforms.

• Upload, tag, and manage content libraries.

• Document repeatable tasks and workflows, and assist in creating guides and checklists.

• Receive mentorship and guidance from marketing leadership and team members.

• Gain exposure to marketing within a regulated financial services setting.

• Develop skills in data management, reporting, process discipline, and operational execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a comfort level in working with data.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• An interest in financial services and marketing operations is advantageous.

• Successful completion of a background screening, which may encompass employment verification, education verification, criminal history checks, and other job-related inquiries, as allowed by law.
