
Senior Marketing Manager – RECELL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel the growth of RECELL® Spray-On Skin™ Cells within the burn and trauma sectors.
• Formulate and implement the annual brand strategy to provide unique value and support the objectives of the company.
• Spearhead downstream marketing efforts and focused brand campaigns aimed at surgeons and burn/wound care nursing personnel.
• Create and distribute marketing assets, sales enablement messaging, and tools designed to enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Ensure that marketing materials comply with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Collect and analyze market insights through research and frequent field engagement.
• Recognize unmet clinical, operational, and economic needs of customers.
• Advocate for cross-functional brand projects alongside Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Professional Relations, Global Marketing, HEMA, Operations, and R&D.
• Set and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and brand performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external agency teams and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Create training materials and lead sales training programs.
• Identify emerging market trends and convert customer and sales team feedback into marketing strategies.
• Assist in field events and demand generation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or healthcare; MBA is advantageous.
• Other fields of study will be considered based on relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device/technologies sector, ideally in a marketing-related role; experience in sales or medical affairs is also relevant.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic or marketing roles.
• Familiarity with medical devices, hospital coding, and health economics is beneficial.
• Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of completing projects with minimal supervision.
• A dedicated approach to completing tasks with an emphasis on achieving high-impact results.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in communicating change initiatives both verbally and in writing, including through presentations for executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.
• Capability to meet the listed physical demands, such as sitting, standing, walking, typing, handling, reaching, repetitive motion, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.
