This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for key biopharma segments, applications, and customer workflows.
• Drive customer-focused workflow positioning, value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across chromatography, mass spectrometry, software, consumables, and associated technologies.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team responsible for workflow marketing, campaigns, content, and commercial materials.
• Collaborate with product marketing teams to synchronize product-level strategies with wider biopharma workflow opportunities.
• Convert customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the development and activation of workflow materials, digital content, campaigns, presentations, sales enablement tools, and application-oriented resources.
• Work with commercial, applications, digital marketing, product management, and regional teams to implement strategies on a global scale.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders and propel the execution of cross-divisional biopharma initiatives.
• Set objectives and performance metrics, leveraging market and campaign insights to enhance programs and marketing investments.
• Recognize growth and differentiation opportunities based on biopharma customer needs, workflows, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, marketing, business, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, product marketing, commercial marketing, or a related field within life sciences, biopharma, analytical instrumentation, or a similar industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for intricate scientific technologies, applications, or workflows.
• Experience in transforming technical capabilities into distinct customer value propositions and engaging marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with navigating product portfolios and functions within a global, matrixed organization.
• Previous leadership experience with a clear ability to cultivate and guide high-performing teams is preferred.
• An advanced scientific degree and/or MBA is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary.
