This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist the HCP Lead in converting brand strategy, customer insights, thought leader viewpoints, and field feedback into peer-to-peer strategic priorities, engagement plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Create and direct the TAVNEOS peer-to-peer engagement strategy.
• Oversee assigned peer-to-peer initiatives from inception to execution.
• Manage cross-functional peer-to-peer workstreams involving Brand, TLLs, Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing Operations, agencies, and enterprise partners.
• Cultivate relationships with speakers, faculty, and key HCP stakeholders.
• Identify, engage, onboard, contract, train, and support thought leaders and faculty.
• Guide speaker program content and peer-to-peer promotional materials.
• Assist in congress strategy and execution, encompassing product theaters, speaker engagement, promotional opportunities, and field support.
• Evaluate, monitor, and analyze program performance, thought leader feedback, customer engagement, speaker effectiveness, target participation, and KPIs.
• Direct materials through MAC review and oversee agency/vendor workstreams, SOWs/POs, contracting processes, timelines, budget considerations, risk management, and execution.
• Keep track of the AAV treatment landscape, customer feedback, competitor actions, scientific trends, and peer-to-peer best practices.
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance efficiency, insight integration, content creation, and execution.
• Discover test-and-learn opportunities for thought leader engagement, speaker program effectiveness, congress impact, and customer education.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or healthcare field, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of marketing experience in the same sectors, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Ability to convert clinical data, customer insights, and field feedback into clear, compliant, and actionable HCP content.
• Capability to think strategically about peer-to-peer engagement and propose innovative approaches.
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, HCP Promotions, Omnichannel, Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, CD&A/BAI, Value & Access, TLLs, agency teams, and enterprise partners.
• Comfortable interacting with field teams, TLLs, and enterprise partners.
• Comprehension of how personal promotion, peer-to-peer, and omnichannel tactics integrate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Customer-first mentality focusing on serving patients and fostering high-quality HCP engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with shifting priorities, feedback, and ambiguity.
• Experience with speaker bureau operations, congress execution, advisory boards, omnichannel, peer-to-peer, or specialty/rare disease marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
