Senior Marketing Manager – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the expansion of Flip's presence in the US from initial traction to significant scale.

• Strategically plan and manage Flip's participation in US trade shows and industry events, handling all aspects from venue and booth logistics to vendor and budget oversight, promotion, on-site execution, and follow-up after the event.

• Serve as Flip's representative on-site and collaborate with the US Sales team on event and content priorities, lead handoff, and follow-up processes.

• Assist in localizing and supporting paid, email, and social digital marketing campaigns tailored for the US market.

• Identify target accounts and create regional demand generation programs in collaboration with the US Sales team.

• Monitor and report on the performance of US marketing initiatives.

• Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, campaign management, and reporting.

• Develop an understanding of US buyer personas, regional market trends, competitor positioning, industry developments, and relevant category language.

• Transform customer interactions, objections, insights from wins/losses, and feedback into effective messaging, enablement strategies, campaigns, and lessons for global marketing.

• Establish the operational framework for US marketing, including campaign calendars, event priorities, local content requirements, agency/vendor coordination, lead follow-up processes, and standardized reporting.

• Oversee the marketing localization of getflip.com for the US audience, ensuring alignment in copy, proof points, calls to action, customer language, terminology, SEO/GEO keywords, and conversion strategies.

• Collaborate with global web, brand, product marketing, and content teams to enhance the US website experience.

• Act as an integrated member of the Europe-based marketing team, participating in regular calls and offering a US perspective on global campaign strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, content marketing, regional marketing, or a comparable B2B role.

• Preferably experience in B2B SaaS marketing directed towards an HR audience.

• Strong copywriting abilities and a genuine passion for localization.

• Practical knowledge of SEO and a keen interest in GEO/AI search optimization.

• Broad marketing experience across digital platforms, campaigns, and demand generation.

• Capability to translate market research, sales feedback, competitor insights, and customer language into US-focused positioning, campaign concepts, localized website content, and sales enablement materials.

• Experience in supporting expansion into a new region, particularly including entry into the US market, local demand generation, event strategy, and collaboration with a regional sales team.

• Aptitude for working independently and making informed decisions without daily supervision.

• Excellent collaboration skills within a distributed, international team across various time zones.

• Native-level proficiency in US English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the US for events and 1–2 times a year to Europe for team offsite meetings.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, early-stage market environment.

• Enthusiasm for integrating AI tools daily to enhance writing, research, and efficiency.

• Experience as one of the first marketing hires in a new region/market is an advantage.

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot is beneficial.

• Experience in localizing content across various markets is a plus.

• Go-to-market experience within the manufacturing and/or retail sectors, ideally with an existing industry network, is advantageous.

• Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
