This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the execution of marketing launches, encompassing planning, sequencing, proof points, readiness, and hands-on implementation.
• Integrate digital marketing, public relations, and events into cohesive multichannel launch strategies.
• Assist in crafting brand, corporate, and product narratives through research, testing, and validated evidence.
• Ensure consistent messaging across websites, presentations, briefs, booths, briefings, and field materials.
• Develop content, social media, creative, and event-related materials.
• Manage vendors and freelancers while upholding quality standards.
• Simplify complex technology into explainers, technical briefs, launch narratives, and customer success stories.
• Assess public performance claims for accuracy and defensibility.
• Conduct competitor research to inform strategic positioning.
• Create enablement materials for business development and technical sales teams.
• Contribute to brand development, analyst and press relations, internal communications, and overall marketing strategy.
• Establish marketing frameworks, launch processes, enablement systems, and competitive cadences from the ground up.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
• Over 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on positioning, messaging, and launches.
• Strong understanding of positioning and messaging architecture, audience definition, launch mechanics, enablement, competitive practices, and brand expression.
• Capability to quickly grasp complex technology and convey it to audiences lacking the same context.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and chip architects.
• Discernment regarding public claims and a commitment to precise, supportable messaging.
• Proficient in articulating complicated topics clearly for both technical and non-technical readers.
• Proven experience in establishing processes where none previously existed.
• Hands-on execution experience, including content creation, event management, briefing freelancers, and delivering projects.
• Creative experience in producing work or collaborating directly with creative teams and agencies.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and hardware development timelines.
• Experience in the semiconductor or AI infrastructure sectors is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to offices, customer sites, and industry events multiple times a year.
