This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the ABM strategy and execution for priority accounts and assigned target-account segments on the East Coast.
• Create one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs tailored to account tier, segment, intent signals, buying stage, and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR leadership to define and prioritize target account lists.
• Formulate account-level plans that include buying-group mapping, engagement gap analysis, message personalization, channel sequencing, and next-best actions.
• Plan and implement integrated campaigns that align with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Oversee comprehensive campaign project plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns utilizing email, paid media, landing pages, social media, partner channels, field programs, direct mail, gifting, and Sales outreach.
• Manage webinars and virtual events across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, including scheduling, registration, promotion, live coordination, and follow-up.
• Coordinate speakers, moderators, partners, run-of-show documents, dry runs, and provide day-of support.
• Organize regional localization of webinar topics, timing, promotion, and follow-up efforts.
• Design and execute coordinated ABM plays incorporating advertising, intent data, gifting, field events, content, webinars, and SDR outreach.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on CISO dinners, roundtables, enterprise experiences, executive events, and regional initiatives.
• Align with Sales and SDR leadership on account planning, campaign sessions, signals, next actions, and outreach sequences.
• Ensure that campaigns, webinars, ABM plays, and events are established and tracked using project management tools, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
• Maintain campaign hierarchy, naming conventions, UTM structures, campaign membership, segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and attribution.
• Create repeatable workflows for campaign intake, audience creation, quality assurance, launch readiness, follow-up, and analysis.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce, Pardot or Marketo, webinar, and ABM systems.
• Define and report KPIs such as account engagement, buying-group coverage, registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends and gaps, and optimize messaging, channels, offers, sequencing, webinar formats, and account selection.
• Lead cross-functional programs, communicate plans and risks effectively, influence without direct authority, and mentor peers.
• Minimum of 6 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on ABM, campaign management, demand generation, or integrated marketing programs in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute ABM programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth and enhance deal velocity.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns or programs from strategy and planning through to execution, follow-up, reporting, and optimization.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira.
• Experience in planning and executing webinars or virtual events across various regions and time zones.
• Familiarity with ABM and intent technologies such as 6sense, Bombora, Influ2, or ZoomInfo.
• Knowledge of direct mail and gifting platforms like Reachdesk.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce for campaign setup, membership tracking, account-level pipeline management, attribution, and reporting.
• Familiar with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to create buying-group maps, account engagement plans, tiered plays, campaign briefs, project plans, and measurement frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of lead and account lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement.
• Capability to manage multiple account plays, campaigns, webinars, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and influence others without direct authority.
• Comfortable translating complex technical subjects into relevant messaging for CISOs, security architects, IT, and SecOps practitioners.
• Background in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cloud security, or highly technical B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating global programs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar is advantageous.
• Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager for account-targeted paid programs is a plus.
• Experience supporting ABM or campaign initiatives in the Federal or Public Sector is an advantage.
• Proven ability to create ABM playbooks, campaign governance models, or repeatable operating procedures is a plus.
• Experience utilizing AI tools or automation techniques is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced reporting methods is a plus.
