This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take charge of the annual and quarterly field marketing strategy for the Northwest region.
• Develop integrated programs that link field events with digital support, SDR sequences, and ABM account targeting.
• Establish and uphold CPO thresholds while creating marginal ROI models for regional expenditures.
• Manage the regional field budget and assess investment trade-offs.
• Organize and implement CISO dinners, executive roundtables, third-party conferences, hosted roadshows, and account-specific activations.
• Direct SDR alignment, which includes pre-event sequencing, on-site meeting organization, and post-event follow-up SLAs.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, campaigns, and ABM teams regarding target accounts.
• Oversee executive-tier programming, which includes speaker coordination, venue selection, and curated invitations.
• Partner with channel field marketing on programs led by regional partners.
• Report on booked meetings, created pipeline, influenced pipeline, and stage progression linked to program expenditures.
• Conduct 30-day post-event evaluations and utilize insights for future programs.
• Maintain Salesforce campaign tracking and attribution in collaboration with marketing operations.
• Present regional performance metrics to marketing and sales leadership.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional sales leaders, account executives, and SDR managers.
• Mentor Field Marketing Managers and Specialists; disseminate repeatable playbooks across regions.
• Work together with brand, product marketing, digital, campaigns, ABM, and marketing operations teams.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B field marketing, including responsibility for a region or segment.
• Proven track record of building and managing a field program portfolio that delivers measurable pipeline results, CPO discipline, and executive-level reporting.
• Extensive experience collaborating with sales leadership and SDR management regarding pre- and post-program alignment, sequencing, and follow-up accountability.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to develop CPO models, present ROI cases, and suggest investment trade-offs.
• Experience in executing ABM-aligned field programs linked to named account lists, including executive dinners and CISO roundtables.
• Proficient in Salesforce for tracking pipelines, campaign attribution, and performance reporting.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills for crafting executive-facing event briefs, invitation content, and post-event performance summaries.
• History of establishing repeatable field program frameworks.
• Experience in cybersecurity field marketing is a plus.
• Existing connections within the security community, venues, and partners in the region are advantageous.
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or SLED is considered a plus.
• Must reside in the Northwest US.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% is required.
