Senior Marketing Manager – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create marketing messaging and materials that transform a complex multimodal data and AI platform into compelling narratives for audiences in life sciences and AI development.

• Oversee and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, blog articles, scientific communications, sales materials, and demo content.

• Cultivate and elevate the thought leadership voice of the leadership team.

• Manage Dandelion's representation at industry conferences and life sciences events, including application processes, selection, logistics, execution, and follow-ups.

• Facilitate PR opportunities, media pitches, and speaker submissions.

• Convert internal research and external scientific discoveries into marketable content alongside the Data and Sales teams.

• Assist in executive engagements by arranging dinners, coordinating meetings, and overseeing event logistics.

• Organize the marketing calendar, oversee content operations, manage events and conference participation, and support product launches.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish marketing direction and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of marketing experience.

• Preferably experience in Healthcare B2B or technically intricate environments.

• Proven track record of managing marketing execution from start to finish with minimal guidance.

• Comfortable engaging directly with senior or executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrates resourcefulness and the ability to navigate uncertainty while wearing multiple hats.

• Preferred background in the healthcare industry.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools as an integral part of the workflow.

• Strong organizational abilities and adeptness in managing a marketing calendar.

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech marketing is preferred.

• Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company is preferred.

• Must be currently residing in the United States.

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
