This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the comprehensive product marketing strategy, encompassing market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, and positioning.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy and implementation for new product introductions, significant feature enhancements, and EHSQ product expansions.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and UX teams to guide feature prioritization and offer recommendations based on usability and customer feedback.
• Develop and enhance the messaging framework for EHSQ products, which includes tools for environmental compliance, incident management, audits/inspections, and quality workflows.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as playbooks, demo scripts, one-pagers, pitch decks, and resources for handling objections.
• Create product-centric content including technical explanations, demo videos, workflows, use case documentation, and industry-specific value statements.
• Assist in partner programs and cross-selling initiatives across TAG’s portfolio of companies.
• Implement multi-channel product marketing campaigns utilizing email, paid advertising, LinkedIn, and web platforms.
• Evaluate performance metrics and enhance the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
• Advocate for EHSQ user requirements, industry regulations, and operational realities within the organization.
• Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and supporting revenue growth.
• Define, monitor, and improve marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contributions, and campaign ROI.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as necessary.
• Established B2B product marketing experience in software, preferably in EHSQ, compliance, risk, or operational SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record in managing the complete go-to-market strategy, from conceptualization to execution.
• Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging frameworks, and category development.
• Experience working closely with Product, R&D, UX, and technical teams.
• Practical experience in creating sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and product demonstrations.
• Background in launching new products, modules, or brands.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities for both technical and business audiences.
• Capability to manage multiple products and business units concurrently.
• Familiarity with EHSQ, compliance, risk, operations, or regulatory software.
• Experience in environmental, safety, or quality management processes.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess working knowledge of Figma.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
• Experience in producing demo videos, product walkthroughs, and technical explanations.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing analytics and product performance metrics.
• Strong ability to rapidly learn new enterprise applications and technical environments.
