
Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation β Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full responsibility for event and field programming from start to finish, covering national industry conferences, regional events, technical community builder nights, and Titanβs first client summit.
β’ Choose and negotiate sponsorships, oversee booth and activation logistics, pinpoint speaking opportunities, brief sales teams on target accounts, and manage follow-up initiatives that transform attendance into pipeline.
β’ Conduct regional executive briefings in 4β6 target markets, which includes selecting venues, developing guest lists, and designing executive formats.
β’ Organize Titanβs exclusive annual client summit for senior bankers.
β’ Host a recurring technical community series in the NYC office aimed at bank engineers and data leaders, culminating in an executive dinner.
β’ Lead sponsored webinars in collaboration with banking trade publishers, which includes selecting topics, recruiting speakers, promoting events, and creating gated follow-up materials.
β’ Oversee ongoing and account-based LinkedIn paid campaigns aligned with the event schedule.
β’ Manage budgets, sponsorship contracts, publisher agreements, and vendor relationships.
β’ Develop and expand Titanβs events program from the ground up alongside the CMO, executing the 2027 strategic plan.
β’ Collaborate with the growth team, sales team, CGO, CMO, and various stakeholders to enhance pipeline results.
β’ A minimum of seven years in B2B marketing, primarily focused on events, with experience managing a program from inception to completion.
β’ Background in marketing to financial institutions or a regulated enterprise buyer with a similar sales cycle.
β’ Proven experience with C-level audiences, including the curation and execution of executive-format, high-touch events.
β’ Experience managing budgets in the six or seven-figure range, including sponsorship negotiations.
β’ Ability to work closely with a growth team and be accountable for pipeline impact.
β’ Willingness to oversee programs from start to finish and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
β’ Familiarity with the banking conference circuit, particularly within the ABA and Bank Director ecosystems (strongly preferred).
β’ Experience in running technical or developer community programming (strongly preferred).
β’ Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager (strongly preferred).
β’ Demonstrated success in managing and growing an events program (strongly preferred).
β’ Legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Must not require visa sponsorship, either now or in the future, to work in the United States.
