Senior Marketing Manager – Brand Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in bridging the gap between Coinbase’s brand commitments and customer experiences across various go-to-market, product, and customer interaction platforms.

• Take ownership of how the brand transitions beyond marketing campaigns into the way Coinbase develops, launches, and presents itself throughout the organization.

• Develop innovative go-to-market strategies for product and partnership initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Partnership teams to influence the outcomes of strategic briefs.

• Propel brand and product strategy upstream into products and partnerships.

• Ensure that brand and product initiatives reinforce the Coinbase brand throughout the organization.

• Proven experience in establishing brand and product strategies within companies or agencies.

• Demonstrated ability to shape go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in delivering a consistent brand message across an organization, extending beyond just the marketing department.

• Exceptional persuasive writing abilities.

• Comfortable collaborating with Insights to design and shape research and apply it to relevant challenges.

• Responsible use of generative AI, ensuring human oversight.

• Proficient in utilizing generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily tasks.

• Committed to continuous learning as generative AI tools develop.

• Ability to implement human-in-the-loop practices to produce business-ready outputs while enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
