This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Manage daily relationships with PR agencies in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
• Brief agencies, approve PR materials, develop local narratives, and track performance/KPIs.
• Act as the primary internal liaison for designated markets.
• Facilitate and oversee monthly editorial meetings involving 16 PR agencies/markets.
• Promote cross-market sharing of PR ideas, opportunities, and best practices.
• Oversee press pages in all markets and ensure content remains current.
• Gather and analyze internal data for PR narratives and pinpoint relevant trends.
• Coordinate internal data verification processes.
• Manage the refurbed brand tracker, including research planning, surveys, and reporting.
• Oversee PR consumer studies across markets and provide actionable insights.
• Edit and tailor content for Performance Marketing, CRM, and other teams.
• Review and approve user-generated content/performance materials.
• Plan and execute PR and influencer events, managing budgets, agencies, stakeholders, products, and logistics.
• Represent refurbed at events, including delivering presentations and keynotes, and handle post-event reporting.
• Oversee PR projects from conception to implementation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply, Data, and other internal teams.
• 2–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management.
• Proven experience managing relationships with PR agencies or external partners across various markets.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in an additional major European language.
• Proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for market visits and events.
• Experience independently managing projects or specific areas.
• Strong skills in building cross-functional relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills when handling multiple markets, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills and an adeptness for tone.
• Experience in translating data and company goals into engaging external narratives.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
