Senior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of competitive positioning for Stay AI’s platform, the Shopify subscription environment, and major competitors.

• Develop messaging that emphasizes Stay AI’s unique advantages and encourages switching.

• Create sales enablement resources such as presentations, one-pagers, battle cards, and monthly messaging playbooks.

• Collaborate regularly with the sales team to assist BDRs and AEs.

• Convert product launches and feature releases into market-oriented narratives for DTC brands.

• Manage Stay AI’s visibility across LinkedIn, the company website, email, and other effective channels.

• Generate market-relevant content utilizing AI tools.

• Establish monthly market priorities, highlighted capabilities, and competitive positioning across various touchpoints.

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Work in partnership with the Head of Sales and Head of Product to enhance pipeline and market visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with exposure to ecommerce, DTC, or the Shopify ecosystem.

• Proven track record in product marketing and/or growth marketing roles.

• Experience in owning product positioning, converting features into persuasive messaging, and executing data-driven experiments that generate measurable pipeline.

• Experience in building from 0-to-1.

• Exceptional storytelling and market-narrative development abilities.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for market research, content personalization, and campaign analysis.

• Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot and knowledgeable about the connection between marketing and sales data.

• Ability to craft messaging frameworks, landing pages, email sequences, and sales materials.

• Understanding of sales processes and how to support a revenue team.

• Capability to defend positioning in conversations with the CEO and Head of Sales.

• Ability to act quickly and iterate.

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
