This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and implement localized marketing strategies aimed at enhancing student recruitment and program growth within Middle East markets.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, social media, email, paid media, and events.
• Define and implement the digital marketing strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and lead conversions for the Bachelor program.
• Monitor and enhance the marketing funnel from lead generation to enrollment.
• Analyze campaign performance and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with student recruitment officers to understand their requirements and manage both offline and online sales resources.
• Conduct weekly reviews with marketing agencies and deliver monthly reports to internal stakeholders.
• Formulate strategies aimed at younger demographics and influencers, including parents, counselors, and educational institutions.
• Assist in branding and storytelling initiatives that highlight excellence and leadership in hospitality education.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the international education market in the Middle East, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, target audiences, and their specific needs.
• Prior experience in digital advertising (Paid Social Media & SEM) within a Western organization operating in the UAE is preferred.
• Capable of planning, executing, and assessing lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns across key digital platforms.
• Proficiency in digital platforms such as WeCom and iParally.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional teamwork abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have legal authorization to live and work in the country where the position is located, without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Part-time contract expected to be around 25 hours per week.
• Contract duration of 12 months from the start date, with the possibility of extension.
