This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the marketing team in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing projects, schedules, and requests.
• Oversee logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including vendor management, communications, material shipping, tracking, and follow-up.
• Update and maintain website content while supporting digital marketing efforts.
• Develop and revise PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn posts, blog content, marketing collateral, and sales enablement resources.
• Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories.
• Aid in vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for effective communication, coordination, and project execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, summarize outcomes, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Report directly to the 3Cloud marketing leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or professional services setting.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms like Salesforce and WordPress.
• Proficient in design and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, and Sprout Social.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and attending to details effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong collaborative skills across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Creative approach to crafting visually appealing and engaging presentations and marketing materials.
• Interest in managing event logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning new tools, processes, and marketing strategies.
• Responsible use of approved AI tools and productivity resources.
