📋 Description

• Implement localized market action strategies by customizing global or regional marketing initiatives and resources for targeted regions

• Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, workshops, seminars, and participation in trade shows from inception to completion

• Foster lead generation and enhance customer engagement within the BioPharma sector

• Provide direct marketing assistance to the local Sales team, including customized materials, product presentations and demonstrations, lead follow-up, and support throughout the sales cycle

• Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with local Key External Experts and influencers

• Collect and report local market insights, competitive activities, and customer feedback

• Collaborate with sales, marketing program management, and various cross-functional teams

• Support regional business goals, demand generation, sales growth, and overall commercial success

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific/medical discipline

• Knowledge of the life sciences market pertaining to Centrifugation, Cell Health, and/or Particle Counting, along with the North American biopharma landscape

• At least 7 years of focused experience in field marketing or sales within the Life Science or Pharma sector

• Proven ability to offer direct sales support and deliver engaging product presentations

• Willingness to travel up to 40%, which may include overnight stays

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

• Familiarity with project management tools, marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketo, and CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous

• Experience collaborating closely with Key External Experts (KEEs) is a plus
