This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement comprehensive email, landing-page, and nurturing campaigns utilizing HubSpot.
• Oversee segmentation, list management, lead scoring, UTMs, links, and forms.
• Conduct ABM account research, tier coordination, matched audiences, and manage paid campaigns.
• Facilitate contact enrichment, CRM enrollment, and the creation of 1:1 / 1:few landing pages.
• Take charge of logistics for trade shows, conferences, and field events, including registration, vendor coordination, shipping, giveaways, target lists, promotion, and follow-up.
• Distribute guides, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content across web platforms, email, and social media.
• Manage relationships with external creative partners for landing pages, advertising materials, and event collateral.
• Execute both organic and paid LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns to support demand generation and ABM initiatives.
• Mentor Team SQA to enhance the amplification of company content on LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, and solution engineering as a unified revenue team.
• Ensure campaign attribution and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Analyze performance metrics from HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid platforms.
• Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, launch checklists, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Report directly to the CRO and work in tandem with key stakeholders and external partners.
• 4–7 years of experience in executing B2B marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently manage campaigns from start to finish.
• Hands-on, well-rounded experience in demand generation, ABM, content creation, event management, and paid media.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lead scoring, and data management.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with B2B trade shows and conferences, from logistics to follow-up activities.
• Keen attention to detail concerning broken links, UTMs, tracking, and audience segmentation.
• Proactive communication skills across a revenue team and with external agency partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools and contemporary marketing technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a regulated or technical B2B sector is strongly preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident due to ITAR regulations.
• Candidates with solely a brand, PR, or creative background without demand-generation experience will be disqualified.
• A career history on the agency side without direct ownership of an in-house marketing calendar is disqualifying.
• Experience limited to B2C or e-commerce environments is disqualifying.
• Background as a manager of managers without recent hands-on execution is disqualifying.
• Must demonstrate ownership of end-to-end campaigns that resulted in measurable pipeline growth.
