This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, digital platforms, email, and newsletters, with defined KPIs aimed at generating a sales pipeline in the DACH region.
• Take ownership of major events such as DMEXCO and key flagship events from start to finish, encompassing planning, communication, KPIs, webinars, booth management, vendor coordination, and team coverage.
• Ensure visibility of all marketing initiatives, evaluate projects against budget and sales priorities, and secure necessary approvals and governance.
• Oversee the marketing budget, including expenditures related to vendors and advertising, ensuring that commitments align with the approved budget and sign-off procedures.
• Create and manage joint marketing efforts with technology and channel partners, including co-branded campaigns and webinars.
• Cultivate relationships with industry analysts like Gartner and Forrester, coordinate briefings and RFIs, and utilize analyst insights to bolster sales positioning.
• Supervise external marketing agencies from selection and onboarding to briefing, delivery, quality assurance, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, partners, and leadership, providing regular written updates on progress, challenges, priorities, and contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, DXP/CMS, MarTech, or similar technology sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to manage campaigns and events from conception to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder interests.
• Experience in managing external agencies and vendors, including oversight of budgets, tenders, and accountability for performance.
• Familiarity with industry analysts such as Gartner and Forrester, involving briefings, inquiries, and inclusion in reports.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, digital media, email marketing, and newsletter platforms.
• Strong ability to align marketing activities with sales pipeline goals, monitor performance, and showcase measurable business impact.
• Background in enterprise or industrial sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to trade shows, partner marketing, CRM/marketing automation, and AI-enhanced marketing workflows.
