This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of account-based experience (ABX) initiatives and campaigns.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, audience lists, and campaign materials across various internal teams.
• Support the setup of campaigns, launch activities, and follow-up processes.
• Customize programs and communications for key audiences, customer segments, and specific accounts.
• Aid in the planning and execution of field events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, customer experiences, and other marketing initiatives.
• Oversee event logistics, including invitations, registration, attendee communications, vendor coordination, materials, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to manage attendee lists and facilitate outreach before and after events.
• Help guarantee consistent, high-quality experiences for both customers and prospects.
• Work alongside Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing teams on unified go-to-market strategies.
• Schedule planning meetings, document follow-up actions, and ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding timelines and responsibilities.
• Organize marketing resources and program materials utilizing Seismic’s technology.
• Address daily program requests and highlight risks, dependencies, or any missed deadlines.
• Monitor program activities, event participation, follow-up efforts, and performance metrics.
• Keep campaign, account, and contact information up to date within marketing and CRM systems.
• Assist with reporting and identify any missing or incomplete data in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests, vendor management, and invoice handling.
• Gather insights and feedback to enhance future programs and processes.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a related field, preferably in a B2B, technology, or SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset when engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing marketing automation, CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
• Capacity to manage administrative and operational aspects while upholding a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and readiness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• A keen interest in understanding how marketing programs drive customer engagement, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
