This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and revise ongoing content such as blog entries, thought-leadership pieces, email newsletters, and updates to website copy.
• Ensure a consistent voice and terminology by adhering to Nametag's messaging and style guidelines.
• Transform technical product information into precise copy intended for security, IT, or HR professionals.
• Draft and update one-pagers, solution briefs, and customer success stories.
• Convert insights from customer interactions and Customer Success feedback into compelling proof points and case studies.
• Keep customer-facing materials up to date as messaging and product details evolve.
• Write copy for campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and landing pages.
• Adjust key messages to fit various formats and channels.
• Assist with A/B testing by providing new copy variations.
• Develop content for conferences and field events, including materials for talks, dinners, panels, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with Channel Partnerships on partner-focused events and co-marketing initiatives.
• Manage and oversee the marketing content calendar.
• Coordinate feedback from Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales teams.
• Identify and rectify content and messaging inconsistencies or gaps.
• Monitor engagement metrics, email performance, and the impact of content on the sales pipeline in conjunction with Growth Marketing.
• Utilize performance analytics to prioritize future content development.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a portion of that time spent in a content-driven role such as content marketing, editorial, communications, or as a marketing generalist focused on writing.
• A genuine comfort level as a generalist.
• Experience marketing to technical or security-focused B2B audiences; expertise in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise IT is highly advantageous.
• Ability to convert customer discussions, product specifications, or conference presentations into content that retains essential elements.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and a content management system (e.g., Webflow or similar).
• Basic skills in design tools (e.g., Canva) are beneficial, though this is not primarily a design role.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• A strong sense of ownership and a tendency to prioritize delivery.
