Senior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of multi-channel campaigns from inception to evaluation and refinement.

• Drive messaging and positioning strategies for essential segments alongside product marketing.

• Manage the HubSpot marketing automation and CRM strategy, which includes lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow processes.

• Oversee the global events calendar, handling budget management, vendor negotiations, and return on investment assessments.

• Responsible for campaign and pipeline reporting.

• Conduct structured experiments aimed at enhancing conversion rates.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer.

• Represent the marketing department in cross-functional discussions.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.

• Demonstrated ownership of campaign strategies and contributions to pipeline growth.

• Proficient in HubSpot, with advanced skills in workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.

• Experience with content management systems such as Webflow and WordPress.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and attribution, specifically using GA4 and HubSpot.

• Background in paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

• Excellent copywriting and messaging abilities.

• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a rapidly evolving environment with ambiguity.

• Full right to work in the UK.

• Bonus: Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), familiarity with SQL/Business Intelligence, design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe, or a background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), automation, or enterprise technology.
