Senior Marketing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive marketing cycle for the CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East events.

• Formulate data-segmentation strategies aimed at targeting API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and executives in large pharmaceutical companies.

• Manage the marketing budget while maximizing ROI across various channels, including paid, earned, and owned.

• Generate high-quality marketing qualified leads through inbound marketing and focused LinkedIn campaigns.

• Supervise the development of whitepapers, webinars, and industry-related reports.

• Administer automated Eloqua email journeys to nurture prospects throughout the registration funnel.

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for local health authorities and trade organizations.

• Negotiate barter agreements and oversee relationships with regional and international trade press.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure a cohesive brand experience on the show floor.

• Deliver weekly KPI reports regarding registration progress and marketing qualified leads from exhibitors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in B2B event marketing.

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare sectors is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in Marketing Automation tools.

• Practical experience with SEO/SEM strategies.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is necessary.

• Ability to work independently without the need for relocation or sponsorship support.
