This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of Ellipsis Health's marketing engine from initial awareness of Sage to securing customer business.
• Oversee brand and demand-generation efforts and convert clinical evidence into a scalable pipeline.
• Develop and refine Ellipsis Health's outcomes-driven brand narrative and AI care-management positioning.
• Manage brand awareness initiatives through events, thought leadership, customer stories, video content, social media, and account-based marketing campaigns.
• Formulate audience strategies by segment, targeting health plans, health systems, and other key stakeholders.
• Convert business objectives into MQL, SQL, and revenue targets, along with appropriate channel and investment strategies.
• Design and implement demand generation tactics across ABM, direct mail, email, LinkedIn, conferences, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Create a reporting infrastructure to assess pipeline influence and customer acquisition cost by channel and segment.
• Report on results and performance metrics against established goals.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
• Establish feedback loops between sales and marketing, conduct win/loss analyses, and provide pipeline reporting.
• Maintain the brand's voice, visual identity, tone, language, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop and scale the enablement repository containing localized pitch decks, ROI calculators, and messaging tailored for stakeholders.
• Oversee the content editorial calendar and ensure a consistent narrative across all channels.
• Create white papers, case studies, and clinical outcome briefs through effective copywriting and design.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years in the healthcare or health technology sectors.
• Proven track record in high-ACV enterprise marketing, including mid-6 to low-7-figure deals aimed at multi-stakeholder buyer networks.
• Demonstrated success across various growth tactics that encompass both brand and demand generation.
• Experience as a founding marketer who has established a marketing function from the ground up within an early-stage startup.
• Outstanding writing, communication, copywriting, presentation, and deck-development abilities.
• Proven history of collaborating closely with commercial teams to facilitate deal closures.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Must reside in the U.S. for remote work opportunities.
