This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and take ownership of the company's all-encompassing marketing strategy, operational plan, and budget in line with pipeline and revenue objectives.
β’ Inspire, guide, and nurture a high-achieving marketing team, establishing clear goals, accountability frameworks, and career advancement opportunities.
β’ Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO, CEO, and the broader leadership team regarding go-to-market strategies, positioning, and competitive advantages.
β’ Establish key performance indicators to drive outcomes and refine strategy.
β’ Function autonomously, set the course, make decisions, and lead execution.
β’ Create and expand a data-driven demand generation engine that produces a qualified sales pipeline.
β’ Plan and implement integrated digital, content, event, social media, and partnership campaigns.
β’ Manage the entire funnel from awareness through MQL nurturing and the transition to Sales.
β’ Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and other platforms for lead management, campaign tracking, nurturing programs, and pipeline analytics.
β’ Generate content such as white papers, case studies, blog articles, webinars, executive bylines, and videos.
β’ Foster executive thought leadership across industry forums and digital platforms.
β’ Integrate AI tools, agents, and automation into marketing processes, campaigns, and content creation.
β’ Assess and implement AI-enabled platforms for personalization, lead scoring, content generation, and campaign enhancement.
β’ Establish responsible and effective AI marketing protocols.
β’ Develop KPI frameworks, create dashboards, and report on campaign effectiveness, funnel health, and marketing return on investment.
β’ Optimize budget allocation and channel strategy to maximize pipeline ROI.
β’ Oversee brand identity, messaging framework, and visual standards.
β’ Create a LinkedIn social media strategy encompassing organic content, paid campaigns, employee advocacy, and executive profiles.
β’ Manage the Glassdoor presence and narrative of the employer brand.
β’ Supervise website management, SEO/SEM strategy, and overall digital footprint.
β’ Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and social selling support.
β’ Direct strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, industry events, and hosted gatherings.
β’ Oversee sponsorships, speaking submissions, on-site logistics, executive participation, and event ROI.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Technology Services, particularly in SaaS-related technology services firms, IT consulting, managed services, or a closely related field.
β’ Proven experience leading the marketing department β or serving as a strong second-in-command β in a company with 200 or more employees.
β’ Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC), Pardot, and LinkedIn tools; capable of managing integrations, lead routing, campaign tracking, and reporting independently.
β’ Demonstrated success in building pipelines through integrated marketing initiatives with quantifiable, data-driven results.
β’ Experience in establishing, tracking, and reporting on a comprehensive KPI framework that connects marketing efforts to revenue results.
β’ Strong background in content marketing and thought leadership, with experience in managing content calendars, editorial strategies, and executive communications.
β’ Advanced understanding of LinkedIn marketing β including organic, paid, and employee advocacy β and employer branding platforms like Glassdoor.
β’ Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team, with a history of talent development and fostering strong team cultures.
β’ Capability to work independently, set direction autonomously, and maintain accountability to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proven experience in managing conference and event strategies, including budget oversight, vendor relationships, and post-event ROI evaluations.
β’ Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks in addition to leadership responsibilities.
β’ Previous experience in Higher Education Services marketing and/or Cybersecurity Services marketing is a plus.
