Senior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and effective content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging and corporate identity consistency, enhancing advertising effectiveness.

• Conceive creative concepts and translate them into visually captivating designs.

• Assess and optimize the performance of social ads by utilizing feedback and performance analytics.

• Design visual concepts and assets for landing pages using Onepage’s AI-assisted page builder software.

• Generate reports, infographics, and presentation designs.

• Produce creatives for Google display advertisements and image extensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in social media advertising and marketing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Proven experience in creating both static and motion ads for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with AI assistants to assist in drafting concepts and visuals.

• Ability to comprehend user needs and design engaging, functional visuals.

• A strong aesthetic sense and the capability to rapidly develop creative and innovative design solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• A structured work approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
