Senior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and impactful creative assets for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging and corporate identity.

• Generate innovative concepts and transform them into visually compelling designs.

• Regularly assess and enhance social ad performance using feedback and performance metrics.

• Design visual concepts and assets for landing pages.

• Utilize our proprietary AI-powered page builder software to implement landing page concepts.

• Produce reports, infographics, and design presentations.

• Create creative assets for Google Display Ads and image extensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in social media advertising and marketing.

• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience in creating both static and animated ads for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Some experience using AI tools to generate concepts and visual content.

• Willingness to explore the potential of AI in design.

• Ability to comprehend user needs and create engaging, functional designs.

• Strong aesthetic sense along with the capability to devise creative and innovative design solutions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
