Senior Marketing Automation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop programs and oversee systems necessary for generating consistent inbound lead traffic.

• Leverage Marketo or other Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) features to fill the top of the funnel.

• Administer Salesforce integration.

• Collaborate with various teams and manage their expectations effectively.

• Implement best practices for Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).

• Evaluate program requirements and pinpoint areas for optimization.

• Provide updates on email marketing campaigns and programs.

• Work alongside marketing and technical teams to offer data-driven solutions and suggestions.

• Oversee lead quality, scoring, and routing within Marketo.

• Track key performance indicators and dashboards, escalating issues when necessary.

• Evaluate ad hoc analytics project requests and determine the most effective approach and team members.

• Guide marketing operations on data needs for analysis.

• Present data findings to stakeholders and emphasize their implications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the US without corporate sponsorship.

• 3-5 years of experience with Marketo or another Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).

• 2-3 years of experience using Salesforce.

• Practical experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

• Skills in program and project management.

• Strong understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Life-cycle Management.

• Experience in managing large datasets while ensuring data health and quality.

• Capability to create presentations for executive review.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about Marketing Automation.

• Team-oriented.

• Familiarity with lead nurturing and scoring is a plus.
