Senior Marketing Associate, Bilingual – Spanish Publishing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support Title Marketers and the Digital Marketing Manager with marketing initiatives for both frontlist and backlist titles.

• Oversee activities related to influencers, which includes managing the automated influencer database and compiling monthly reports.

• Organize trade and direct-to-consumer events and conferences.

• Assist in producing videos for sales conferences and coordinate live events for these conferences.

• Upload marketing materials to platforms such as Cumulus, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant systems.

• Coordinate print advertising, brochures, and various marketing or promotional materials.

• Request audio clips and manage assets on SoundCloud, including playlists and embed codes.

• Develop and design handouts, presentations, and other creative resources.

• Code and process invoices and reimbursements while managing follow-up communications.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors and complete necessary system setups.

• Organize travel arrangements for authors and other personnel.

• Purchase promotional items and ensure their timely delivery to designated locations.

• Provide necessary information and assets to both internal and external partners.

• Manage incoming communications through shared mailboxes.

• Attend relevant book trade shows and conferences as needed.

• Assist with additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

• A solid understanding of the Spanish-speaking Christian market in both the U.S. and Latin America.

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related discipline is required.

• Experience in marketing, whether at an agency or in-house, is preferred.

• An interest in and basic understanding of book and Bible publishing is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong follow-up capabilities.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and process management abilities.

• Ability to foster relationships with internal and external departments, authors, and stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Proactive in taking initiative and solving problems creatively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.

• Willingness to assist and resolve issues as they arise.

• Fully bilingual with effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• A detail-oriented, meticulous self-starter.
