This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Spearhead Ivy Rehab’s comprehensive workforce strategy in collaboration with Operations Leaders and Talent Acquisition.
• Create and uphold workforce planning models for a substantial outpatient therapy organization spanning over 750 locations, multiple states, various service lines, and disciplines.
• Utilize technology to establish streamlined workforce planning processes and outputs.
• Produce actionable workforce insights and partner with Field Leadership to assess and enhance workforce plans.
• Gather and evaluate workforce data from diverse sources.
• Design, scale, and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor key workforce metrics.
• Perform statistical analysis to discern workforce trends and patterns.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on workforce planning initiatives.
• Formulate recommendations to boost workforce effectiveness.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to convey findings and aid decision-making.
• Analyze departmental work, vacation, and utilization for continuous historical trend analysis and forecasting recommendations.
• Report directly to the VP of Operations Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing technology to develop processes.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to interpret intricate data and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Project management skills with the capability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Preferred background in the physical therapy/healthcare industry and/or managing multiple site locations.
• Preferred familiarity with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Certification in workforce planning or related fields is preferred.
