Senior Manager – Workday HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of Workday HCM modules.

• Administer system upgrades and enhancements related to Workday HCM modules, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives.

• Offer expert assistance and support to address complex issues and enhance the functionality of Workday HCM.

• Create and implement best practices, standards, and policies for the Workday HCM modules.

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws concerning HR processes and data management.

• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Workday HCM to foster innovation and process enhancements.

• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to tackle technical challenges and optimize system performance.

• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Workday HCM certification or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least 6 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM modules.

• Familiarity with core HR processes, talent management, compensation, and benefits administration within the Workday platform.

• Proven experience leading Workday HCM projects and facilitating organizational change initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

• Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and EIBs is preferred.
