
Senior Manager ā WASH Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of institutional funding partners and prospects.
⢠Identify, qualify, cultivate, and maintain the institutional funding pipeline.
⢠Oversee the development of grant proposals in collaboration with various departments.
⢠Participate in the creation of donor engagement strategies and stewardship plans.
⢠Ensure accurate tracking of grant opportunities, commitments, and anticipated revenue for effective forecasting and planning.
⢠Conduct research on donors and prospects to uncover partnership opportunities.
⢠Review grant reports to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
⢠Collaborate with program, finance, leadership, communications, and technical teams on proposals, agreements, evidence, learning, and impact assessments.
⢠Establish and nurture relationships with peer organizations, research institutions, foundations, and sector networks.
⢠Represent Water for Good at WASH sector events, webinars, conferences, and collaborative initiatives.
⢠Assist in developing strategic partnerships that further programmatic and fundraising goals.
⢠Contribute to the creation of publications, presentations, blogs, external content, and thought leadership pieces.
⢠Support the preparation of presentations and materials for sector events and donor engagements.
⢠Promote the dissemination of research findings, learning outcomes, and best practices.
⢠Engage in knowledge management and organizational learning initiatives.
⢠Assist in enhancing grants management and partnership development processes.
⢠Participate in organizational planning, fundraising discussions, and departmental projects.
⢠Mentor junior team members or interns as needed.
⢠Perform additional duties as required.
⢠Proven experience in managing institutional funding partners and prospects.
⢠Demonstrated ability in coordinating grant proposal development and managing grant processes.
⢠Experience in conducting donor and prospect research.
⢠Background in donor engagement, stewardship, and relationship management.
⢠Strong collaboration skills with program, finance, communications, leadership, and technical teams.
⢠Ability to represent the organization at WASH sector events, webinars, conferences, and collaborative initiatives.
⢠Proficient in maintaining grant and donor information within CRM and project management systems.
⢠Capable of contributing to publications, presentations, blogs, and other external materials.
⢠Knowledge of compliance with donor requirements throughout the grant lifecycle.
⢠Willingness to mentor junior team members or interns as necessary.
⢠Availability for travel up to 6 weeks per year.
⢠Opportunity for up to 6 weeks of travel per year for donor engagement, sector representation, partnership development, and internal planning meetings.
