This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead, mentor, and cultivate a regional team of VELYS Clinical Managers
β’ Provide performance evaluations, career development opportunities, and succession planning
β’ Establish standards, policies, operational rhythms, SOPs, decision-making rights, and compliance procedures
β’ Manage the regional VELYS portfolio strategy encompassing capital pipeline, launch readiness, education, utilization, account health, engagement, and growth
β’ Prioritize regional product launches and allocate clinical resources accordingly
β’ Accelerate the adoption and utilization of VELYS, facilitate surgeon onboarding, and drive account growth
β’ Build strategic partnerships with surgeons, hospital executives, health-system stakeholders, and commercial collaborators
β’ Lead or assist in executive business reviews and manage complex customer escalations
β’ Align Sales, Clinical, Education, Marketing, Field Service, Utilization, and Commercial Operations teams
β’ Provide senior leadership with analysis, recommendations, and insights into account and portfolio performance
β’ Advocate for AI-enabled tools, intelligent agents, automation, CRM, analytics, dashboards, and digital workflows
β’ Ensure human oversight and governance of AI-enabled decision-support tools
β’ Over 8 years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
β’ Proven track record in building organizational capability within a cross-matrix environment
β’ Strong financial and business acumen linking clinical execution, adoption, customer value, and capital investment to commercial success
β’ Executive presence to effectively engage with surgeons, hospital leaders, and internal stakeholders
β’ Ability to influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
β’ Capacity to translate complex data and customer insights into clear priorities and actionable strategies
β’ Proficiency in CRM, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
β’ Skilled in managing resources within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
