Senior Manager – Technology, Core Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide information technology solutions that meet both business and functional needs.

• Transform business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions.

• Collect and evaluate requirements.

• Draft and assess functional specifications.

• Determine test scope and review testing scenarios.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Facilitate product walkthroughs.

• Apply modifications through code alterations and product parameterization in OBCFPM and OBELCM.

• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technology stakeholders.

• Oversee vendor management.

• Conduct software quality assurance activities.

• Generate MIS reports and provide regular status updates.

• Supervise team members.
