Senior Manager, Technical Program Management – Search & AI Foundations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 13 years of experience in technical program management.

• A minimum of 8 years leading and mentoring a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs).

• Proven experience in search relevance, natural language search, and recommendation systems.

• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM technologies is advantageous.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity to develop detailed solutions.

• Self-driven and proactive individual.

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

• Experience with machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), learning to rank models (LRMs), and feature development.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and incremental delivery methodologies.
