This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Lattice’s talent acquisition strategy in alignment with company objectives, workforce planning, and business priorities.

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of the recruiting team.

• Collaborate with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to create effective hiring strategies and make informed decisions.

• Utilize recruiting data and quality-of-hire metrics to refine sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing processes.

• Provide updates on progress, pipeline health, and potential risks to leadership.

• Innovate recruitment methods suitable for an AI-driven hiring landscape.

• Oversee senior, executive, and critical business searches, managing partnerships with search firms as necessary.

• Ensure a diverse, efficient, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

• Build diverse talent pipelines while enhancing Lattice’s employer branding.

• Manage and optimize the recruiting budget, technology resources, processes, and vendor partnerships.

• Develop and scale AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

• Contribute to the wider People strategy, linking recruiting efforts with onboarding, performance evaluation, development, and the overall employee lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in leading and developing high-achieving in-house recruiting teams.

• Proven experience in managing recruitment within a fast-paced software company focused on critical business hiring needs.

• In-depth knowledge of the entire recruiting lifecycle, from workforce planning to sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing.

• Demonstrated success in modernizing talent acquisition through strategic initiatives, operational excellence, technology, and AI-driven processes.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and influence senior leadership across various audiences.

• Data-informed approach to enhancing recruiting performance and hiring results.

• Good business acumen with the capability to balance talent strategies against company priorities and constraints.

• Hands-on leadership style encompassing strategy, team management, and execution.

• Experience in go-to-market recruiting and a proven ability to collaborate with leaders in revenue-generating divisions is highly preferred.
