This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead the programs of the Quality Talent Pipeline Team to ensure fully staffed and stable teams.
• Take ownership of multiple programs and the Program Specialist team members supporting student placements.
• Oversee and prioritize the workload of more than 5 Program Specialists.
• Develop and mentor Program Specialists.
• Promote a team environment characterized by trust and learning.
• Manage the daily operations of RN/PCT Internship, Global RN, and Referral hiring programs.
• Assist in coordinating student internship placements.
• Oversee internal and external program communications and materials from placement requests through to post-rotation.
• Analyze program success metrics and provide monthly reports on progress against goals to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison for school partners and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Nursing, and Field Leadership.
• Address minor conflicts and escalate issues to senior leadership as necessary.
• Collect and analyze feedback from the team and partners to develop improvement plans.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across Quality Talent Pipeline programs.
• Recognize growth opportunities and articulate how programs align with the Talent Acquisition strategy and hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Field and Nursing teams to cultivate relationships and engagement strategies.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of overall work experience.
• Experience in managing and coaching direct reports.
• Background in project management and process improvement.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Excellent client relationship management and people skills.
• Experience in managing internal programs and/or external relationships or programs, including vendor or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to narrate a story using data.
• Passionate about ensuring fully staffed and stable teams for field partners.
• Capability to build new programs, enhance existing ones, and collaborate with internal teams, school partners, and vendors.
• High level of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting school partnerships, recruiting, or human resources.
• Preferred: Experience with change management and deployment.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare.
