This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop enablement managers and activation specialists.
• Establish team objectives, priorities, and quality benchmarks.
• Enhance team capabilities, identify skill gaps, invest in training, and recruit talent.
• Co-manage the comprehensive enablement content strategy.
• Oversee the development of playbooks, pitch presentations, objection-handling guides, onboarding materials, and certification programs.
• Utilize AI for content creation, personalized learning experiences, large-scale coaching, and practice sessions.
• Convert CBO and Supply strategies into actionable enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional partners to roll out products, initiatives, positioning, and sales strategies.
• Establish feedback mechanisms across field teams and four business lines.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Community, and Policy teams.
• Report on program performance, ROI, and team contributions to senior leadership.
• Work with Advanced Analytics to design A/B and ERF experiments.
• Act as a player-coach on high-priority projects.
• Over 12 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in managing and developing enablement or go-to-market teams.
• Direct sales experience, which includes carrying a quota, managing accounts, or engaging in a sales process.
• In-depth knowledge of AI-driven enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, Intellum, Seismic, or similar platforms.
• Strong foundation in instructional design and content strategy.
• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling go-to-market activation programs across geographically dispersed field and vendor teams.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional setting.
• Proficient in data analysis with experience in designing experiments, interpreting outcomes, and presenting findings.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Must reside in the US, in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
• Experience with vendor or outsourced sales team enablement is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with supply-side or marketplace dynamics is a plus.
• Capability to act as a player-coach when necessary.
