📋 Description

• Take charge of contract execution across Onebrief's array of strategic project initiatives, ensuring that contractual commitments, customer obligations, and business goals remain aligned throughout the program's implementation.

• Collaborate closely with Program Management, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and executive leadership to proactively identify contractual risks, address issues, and facilitate successful program results.

• Act as the primary contracting advisor for complex projects, converting contractual requirements into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders while assisting teams in effectively communicating with customers.

• Spearhead the formulation of contract management strategies, documentation, governance practices, and operational processes that enhance visibility, consistency, and execution across strategic initiatives.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Contract Managers responsible for supporting the strategic initiatives portfolio while promoting high standards of ownership, collaboration, and customer service.

• Offer executive-level insights into contract health, performance issues, key milestones, and emerging risks, facilitating timely decision-making throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in administering and managing complex U.S. Government contracts.

• Proven experience leading contract execution for large, high-visibility government programs involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.

• Background in supporting commercial software or SaaS companies that sell to the federal government.

• Experience in managing and developing contract professionals.

• Extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), contract lifecycle management, and post-award administration.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
