This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Design, develop, implement, and manage both new and existing programs aimed at special populations and community-based initiatives.
• Supervise and support the creation of provider programs and services tailored for special populations.
• Formulate, implement, supervise, and uphold special programs and initiatives.
• Establish baseline data and collect, analyze, and report on outcomes and progress towards achieving goals.
• Recommend adjustments to programs based on analytical findings.
• Serve as a liaison between the Regional Behavioral Health Authority and state and system partners.
• Monitor programs and services for designated member populations.
• Lead teams across departments and systems in the development of programs and performance improvement initiatives.
• Create innovative solutions for treatment challenges.
• Track access to care, treatment services, and outcomes.
• Advocate for the implementation of Evidence-Based Practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship at any time now or in the future.
• Candidates must reside in Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, new program development, or implementation.
• Experience in supervising a diverse staff engaged in multiple operations.
• Extensive experience in program development or implementation.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
