Senior Manager, Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture software engineers, emphasizing growth, performance, and accountability.

• Establish and maintain high-performing teams that reliably produce impactful software.

• Leverage AI tools to boost team efficiency, including code reviews and test generation, while applying critical thinking and ensuring the highest standards of work quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a robust technical foundation.

• More than 5 years of experience in managing software engineers.

• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred.

• Proven critical judgment in AI-assisted tasks, including guiding AI tools, identifying errors, and refining outputs to meet professional standards.

• Familiarity with Agile principles and a commitment to delivering significant outcomes.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence across various teams.
