This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, assess, and promote data center opportunities throughout the U.S. and the Americas markets.
• Assist in the development of metro strategies by evaluating power availability, scalability, costs, permitting, tax incentives, and regional risks.
• Coordinate preliminary technical and commercial feasibility assessments with internal teams.
• Lead site-level due diligence encompassing power and utility capacity, substation access, utility timelines, fiber availability, zoning, permitting, environmental factors, and constructability.
• Collect, review, and confirm inputs from landlords, utilities, brokers, consultants, and municipalities.
• Document and present diligence findings to leadership.
• Aid in lease negotiations and commercial structuring in collaboration with Real Estate and Legal teams.
• Monitor deal progress, milestones, and deliverables from Letter of Intent (LOI) to execution.
• Prepare deal review documentation, executive summaries, and approval packages.
• Maintain site records, documentation, and status updates in Salesforce and other internal tracking systems.
• Oversee deal health, identify risks or delays, and ensure data integrity throughout the Americas pipeline.
• Collaborate with Transaction Analysts, Program Managers, and Site Diligence teams.
• Act as the primary site-level coordinator across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Networking, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Assist in the transition from site selection to delivery, buildout, and operations.
• Align technical requirements, commercial commitments, and delivery schedules.
• Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, utilities, consultants, and development partners.
• Evaluate incoming site opportunities to ensure a consistent screening process.
• Over 5 years of experience in data center site selection, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, or related areas.
• In-depth understanding of U.S. and Americas data center markets, including utility infrastructure and regional regulatory environments.
• Proven experience in facilitating or leading commercial lease negotiations and executing complex due diligence processes.
• Capability to manage a high-volume project pipeline accurately while ensuring consistent follow-through.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent deals and meeting deadlines in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical or financial information to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with the complete data center site selection process, including thorough due diligence and feasibility evaluations.
