This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the marketing strategy for the AORN Nursing and Consumer Products portfolio, encompassing Membership, EXPO, publications, and other B2C offerings.
• Create audience segmentation, define personas, establish messaging, and develop value propositions.
• Convert market, member, and customer insights into effective go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experiences.
• Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention, renewal, and re-engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives, product positioning, and growth strategies.
• Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to assess performance, optimize campaigns, and pinpoint opportunities.
• Manage marketing assets, content, sales enablement materials, and communications directed at customers.
• Track and report key performance indicators while offering strategic recommendations.
• Lead, nurture, and mentor marketing team members, effectively managing priorities, resources, and project delivery.
• Cultivate partnerships across Membership, Education, Events, Sales, Advocacy, and other teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on product marketing, segment marketing, audience marketing, or go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2C product marketing experience with a track record in driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Proven experience in developing customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• Experience in marketing products or services within the healthcare sector (preferred).
• Familiarity with engaging nursing or other clinical professional audiences (preferred).
• Background working for a membership association (preferred).
• Experience in an agency environment, whether internal or external (preferred).
• Experience in market sales or strategy (preferred).
• Proficiency in utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Skilled in marketing technology, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, paid media, social media, and analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape and the dynamics of healthcare buyers.
• Excellent writing, presenting, and reporting abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex clinical or operational concepts into clear and persuasive value propositions.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring on-time delivery.
