Senior Manager, Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Facilitate and execute Scrum events.

• Eliminate obstacles and encourage collaboration.

• Assist the Product Owner.

• Promote continuous improvement.

• Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented.

• Advise Scrum Master teams on agile principles and values.

• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track essential information and monitor team progress.

• Create and develop tools for process evaluation to assess the application of Scrum principles.

• Generate actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality.

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies and integrate feedback into process enhancements.

• Facilitate the Scrum process and support the Scrum team.

• Establish sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.

• Educate team members and stakeholders on agile values, principles, and practices.

• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external parties to mitigate potential challenges.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• A growth mindset, focusing on agility and personal development for oneself and others.

• Proficient execution and delivery skills, including planning, executing, and supporting initiatives.

• Knowledgeable in business intelligence.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
